Happy With How It Was Resolved Mar 18, 2026

Had a problem with a leaking zone; techs last year said it was just low point drainage and a check valve was needed. Told tech I thought it was a leaking zone valve, but I replaced all sprinklers with check valves per the recommendation and still had the problem. This visit the tech replaced the zone valve; problem fixed. Could have saved time and money if the first tech would have listened. Update: Conserva called in regards to my review, which is unusual that a company would reach out, and showed me they are very focused on customer satisfaction. I had a really good conversation with them on this event, and in the end I am happy with how it was resolved and we have a good plan going forward. I will be using Conserva for my future irrigation system needs.

I am so glad I chose Conserva Irrigation of Wilmington to install an irrigation system for my new home. The entire staff has been friendly and professional under some very trying supply chain issues. They showed up on time and worked straight through every day of the installation. Tre, Chase, and Nick were amazing. They had to hand-dig most of the trenches for the sprinklers due to the location of utilities. The ground was rock solid clay except when it rained and then it was sticky mud. Those guys never stopped smiling or working their butts off the entire time they were here. Of the three companies I called for estimates, Conserva was head and shoulders above the rest when it comes to responsiveness and professionalism. I would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone needing an irrigation system.

Seriously. Will spent 2 hours assessing our system then gave us a very reasonable estimate. He returned a few days later to complete service...in the rain! Then he gave us an invoice for LESS since he was able to repair vs. replace. Very honest and professional service. As a former small business owner myself, Conserva Irrigation, and in particular Will, are exactly what you would expect great service to be! Most recently, 2022-2023 have had several new techs come by. Chase has done a great job for us and is always knowledgeable, courteous & professional. Ms. Charlene in the office is equally professional. Today, 07/20/23, Nick, Team Ldr., & Chase come out and installed a new WIFI-enabled controller. On time and truly professional service. Thanks!

I had problems with my well pump turning on and off intermittently, and it was a day before Thanksgiving. Those guys came over and shut my well pump off so I wouldn’t burn up my pump, and they returned today on Monday and they fixed it, and I’m very happy with that. Good job, guys!!
