Just had our irrigation system inspected and modified to work as efficiently as possible. New heads added and relocated to maximize our lawn watering. Even added the Hydrawise Controller! Talk about moving from the Flintstones to the Jetsons! Lee, our technician, was outstanding. Knowledgeable about the system and first-class customer service.

We needed help keeping our gardens watered and reached out to Conserva because my wife did a lot of research and felt that they offered the best alternatives. Their representative, Nelson, was fantastic. When he came out he explained their recommendations and why those recommendations were the best fit for our areas, which differed immensely. We got a combination of sprayers that provide coverage without wasting water. Conserva took care of any permits and contacted Miss Utility to ensure there was no conflict with existing underground services. The crew came out and installed it in a day. A few days later Nelson walked us through the system and how to use the app to control it. The system is now working and it gives us the flexibility to leave town for a few days while protecting a significant investment in all kinds of different plants, both productive and decorative. I would recommend Conserva without reservation!

Exceptional service from Tim S. who came out to my home today to complete work on a large job involving repairing and improving my existing irrigation service. He spent time walking the property with me, then acquainting himself with what needed to be done. We determined that some of the items on the proposal list were not necessary at this time, which I appreciated. Tim was pleasant, friendly and thorough and I told him I hope he can be assigned to my home for future work as well as routine servicing. This company is truly the best in the industry!!! Our irrigation system had not been turned on for over 10 years from the previous owners. Tim came out quickly, diagnosed problem areas, replaced sprinkler heads that were broken, moved and readjusted sprinkler heads, as well as tweaked the pressure in the system, and set up a new Bluetooth-enabled irrigation control system. The system works flawlessly and I could not be any happier!!!! Extremely dependable and on time!!! And the most knowledgeable in the industry!! Conserva Irrigation and Tim are the only company that I will allow to fix and maintain our system moving forward!! Thank you again for doing such an amazing job!!! Tim went over and above and is extremely meticulous and could not even locate the areas in the lawn where he had to dig to replace and move sprinkler heads!! A+++++

Every dealing I have had with Conserva Irrigation of Richmond has been outstanding. I particularly want to mention Jonathan who came to assess my problems and explain what I could do. He was also the one who came and moved, installed, and synchronized all my sprinkler heads. I will be using less water and getting much better coverage. This young man was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did everything he had explained and took the time to show me how to program the system and change it as the weather gets warmer.
