Very pleased with their customer service. I just bought a new house with an irrigation system. I just moved and got a letter saying I had 7 days to fix my “illegal” system or city would turn off water. The lady on the phone was sympathetic and squeezed us in during their busiest month so we wouldn’t be without water. Thank you so much!!! Every other irrigation company ignored my call, didn’t answer or said I could set up appointment for July…..
