They set up a time, and Justin was there to the minute! They worked tirelessly and got my dinosaur fixed and running after being down for years. I had a couple of troubled heads and sent word to them. The next day the owner came out, finished up (in the rain) Very happy! This is the type of business that others should follow. Thank you Conserva, great job!

Justin was fantastic! We had an urgent issue with a broken water valve, and he handled it promptly and thoroughly. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also went above and beyond by offering additional suggestions to make our system more manageable. He relocated the shutoff to a more convenient position and even installed an internal drain to simplify future maintenance. Bill Smith, the owner, is the consummate business owner – ethical, professional, and providing the best customer service I have had in a long time. Justin was the surface provider who came out today to help me adjust my sprinkler heads. While he was here, I asked him if he could recommend a plumber as I needed to hire someone to remove a frozen hose from the spigot. Justin pulled out a pair of pliers and had it off in seconds. Many other family and friends had tried to no avail!. Such a great company with amazing personnel, not to mention that the sprinkler itself is so easy to control and provides fabulous coverage for my entire yard. Miguel did a fantastic job today when he came for our winterization service. Many times as a woman, men coming to your home when your significant other is not home can be incredibly uncomfortable, however he made me feel comfortable and safe and even spoke with my husband on the phone to answer a few questions he had as well.



Tim Kraft was awesome. He went the extra mile to track down the problem, had the knowledge and skill set to fix it, and checked out that everything was working before he left. Also kudos to Miguel and Tristan, who came out and adjusted irrigation heads for us earlier. Conserva Irrigation was wonderful about fitting in our repair during their busiest season.
